Carlingwark Parish Churches have strong links with the local community and are here to serve. We pray you will find the information you seek on these pages.

You are always welcome to join us at our Services, in one of our Organisations or at one of our Events. Click the links above for more detail. 

If you prefer to make contact outwith church services or organisations, every Thursday from Noon till 1.30pm we host a Community Kitchen in the Castle Douglas Church Hall. Soup, sandwiches and hot drinks are available free and everybody is welcome to the cafe for a natter. 

As examples of our outreach and support we have the church doors open for a Festival of Christmas throughout Advent. These are supplemented by contributions from local businesses and schools and by church services. 

Services are weekly at 11am in Castle Douglas (pictured above) and are held in Auchencairn on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 9.30am and Corsock/Kirkpatrick Durham (both pictured below) at 9.30am on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. A joint service of Holy Communion is held at 11am on any 5th Sunday in Castle Douglas Church
